With the increased competition among enterprises, the quality of products to enterprises becomes more important. Enterprises improve the quality of products can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so that enterprises will be in the advantageous position in the international competition.This paper introduced the concept of quality, the development of quality management concepts and quality control tool development first; then analyzed the global semiconductor manufacturing industry current situation, China’s domestic semiconductor manufacturing industry in the status quo, that China’s semiconductor manufacturing enterprises facing the potential capacity far greater than actual demand and low level of technology, low quality products; analyzed the semiconductor manufacturing industry quality control system, quality control development and the quality control problems faced; specific analyzed the quality control existing problems in S semiconductor manufacturing company, explored the S corporation’s current management ideological guidance to zero defect management and its view of the problems facing Improvement: promote " Accountability " to staff self -management; powerful statistical process control system; enhance equipment management system; knowledge - sharing system. Finally, noting that the current statistical process control has deficiency and proposed improvement direction. Hope that can help China’s semiconductor manufacturing industry to improve their product quality and enhances their competitiveness.
