Abstract


To realize the educational modernization is the central aim of Beijing 2010, modern educational equipments are physical base to ensure the education modernization. Educational equipment is an essential factor of the education and teaching, it is also an important index to scale a school’s teaching condition .If we want the educational equipment to show its supreme action, the perfect educational equipment system and talents are absolutely necessary. Therefore, talent’s cultivation is very important. During the course of realizing modernization, we need to forecast the quantity and quality of educational equipment talents, and to offer logical standard for talents cultivation and cultivate excellent educational equipment talents to meet the need of educational modernization.This paper systemically researched the educational equipment talents demands of Beijing 2010,and talents’ cultivation. The data showed the development actuality of educational equipment and talents, according to the educational equipment’s development of elementary school and middle school from 2000 to 2005. This thesis investigated and analyzed the relation between quantity, position structure, age composition of talents and the actuality of the education equipment. On the basis of extensive investigation, analyze the present situation of talents and problems existed in development. According to these all, forecast the demand of talents in 2010 through many forecast methods. Based on above all, put forward some scheme on the cultivation of talents.
