Abstract


China has always been a great importance to the education of the country in recent years,with the country’s economic strength and increasing investment in education, governmentprocurement of educational equipment occupy a high proportion of all governmentprocurement activities. Summarize the problems in government procurement of educationalequipment in recent years, we find that there are a lot of bad money drives out good moneyphenomenon. This phenomenon is concentrated: purchase products too great importance toprice factors lead to quality standards, shoddy; purchase price far higher than the normalmarket price; purchased product does not match the actual needs; procurement waste;procurement process is not enough fair justice.Bad money drives out good money caused a lot of harm, the concentrated expression ofthe development of educational equipment: the harm to the normal school teaching order, thefinancial investment reach optimal effect, the impact of educational equipment enterpriseindependent innovation enthusiasm, affecting the quality of national education developmentand training of personnel, the impact of social fairness and justice and purchase order. Thestudy found that direct impact on the factors that cause these problems are institutional factors,technical factors, social factors, human factors.In this paper, educational equipment, government procurement situation, bad moneydrives out good money some phenomena and hazards, causes a systematic study to find outthe countermeasures, educational equipment government procurement better services for thedevelopment of education.
