Abstract


The arable land reserve resources were major supplementary source of cultivated land. And it played an important role in the dynamic balance of the total cultivated land amount. The results of study on survey and evaluation of arable land reserve resources could provide scientific basis for deciding a policy about national land comprehensive utilization and the dynamic balance regulation of total cultivated land amount.This paper analyzed the frame theory of the land exploration appraisement systemically. Sustainable development、Relationship among the people and the and、Ecology economy ,Systems engineering, composed the basic theory of the reserved land resources reclamation. The combination of the remote sensing and GIS technologic will be applied. The remote sensing technologic on the acquiring and capturing and information and the GIS technologic on the data management and spatial analysis will give into full play in the study of land resources as whole ,seeking the application possibility of remote sensing and GIS technologies in land suitability evaluation .the database in this study fully reflecting the land quality in the Yeerqiang River Valley has been set up, including spatial database and attribute database comes from various types of data collecting ,processing, analysis and field observation. The powerful functionality of GIS technologic will play a significant role in the management and analysis of the spatial and attribute data, as well as the effective linkage between the attribute database and spatial database.Specifically, the writer carried out data processing for Spot 5 remote sensing images by ENVI4.2 software, then abstracted plantation quantity and distribution in support. According to field survey and statistical data of each County amended to obtain plantation distribution of fiber length in yeerqiang river field in support, then used MAPGIS technology to analyze spatial data and established land valuation cell.Furthermore as for a specific land utilization type,the land utilization requirements should be analyzed to determine the selection of land evaluation factor and build the indices system., principal component analysis and restrict factor have applied to the study area in land suitability evaluation to assess whether and how the land is suitable for a specific land utilization type .Consequently, the quantitative and spatial distribution of land suitability has been obtained.Finally ,on the basis of available water supply analytical equilibrium analysis analyzed water and soil equilibrium about yeerqiang river of 2010、2020 years, incorporated plantation suitability scale distribution and quantity in support to establish exploitation scale for the future according to the principle which take the water to determine plantation In the end ,produced safeguard mechanism to exploit rationally and utilize plantation resources in support.
