In china, the development of flowers industry has already become an important approach to adjust the agriculture industrial structure, to develop the rural economics and to increase the farmers’income. Also, it become a concernment content that can heighten people live, beautify the living environment and improves the social ecosystem environment. Along with the progress of the society, the flower industry has become one of the most vigorous industries in the world. An increasing number of countries pay more and more attention to it. In Changsha, for the flower industry is at the beginning of the step, there are a lot of problems. Therefore, it is imperative to study the development of the flower industry. Through the study, we can recognize the present condition and problems existing in Changsha nowadays and search a suitable mode and effective measures to make the flower industry develop healthfully and fleetly.The author, in this paper, is analyzing the flower industry situation and prospect at home and abroad, investigating the development of the Changsha flower industry, especially the Liuyang Flower industry zone, and describing the actualities, problems chances and challenge of this industry. At the end, the author summarizes the develop status and existing problems in Changsha flower industry, and bring forward some new mode-the professional market arouse mode, "farmer+flower association+company" mode, and large family arouse mode. The author gives some good advice on its development in the future so as to enhance the competitive power of the Changsha flower industry, cultivation the leading enterprise, improve the product quality of Changsha flower industry.
