Abstract


With the continuous developments of science and technology, countries and regions are becoming more competitive. The characteristic industrial development of border areas which Settled by minorities characteristics is an important factor to achieve national border areas’development, national stability and economic growth. At the same time, combining the development situation of China’s grand-economic science and technology in the new period, fully aware of that the science and technology play a important role in the development of the industry, seriously discuss to speed up characteristics and advantages of industrial development, promote the ideas and measures of national border areas’economic and social development to further, enhance the understanding of a clear mission, broadening the development ideas of the national frontier areas of science and technology level to speed up the development of ethnic border areas plays an important role.To further impel the border area multi-national area’ industry resources and the technical superiority effective conformity, speed up the industrial structure and the economic structure optimized adjustment, promote characteristic industry technological innovation ability and the international competition, advance the border area multi-national area economic development and the regional economic development,and even the state economic development.This article sums up the past on the basis of the study, combined with my professional background as well as the home of exploration and practice, using of theory and practice into a combination of methods, the frontier areas of national characteristics and industrialization of scientific and technological relations were studied. At the same time,in the root of the river in Inner Mongolia in the city of Aoluguya characteristics of rural industry development and expansion of case studies was carried out in order to prove that science and technology in promoting development and growth characteristics of the industry, optimize the industrial structure, upgrade, as well as the ability of independent innovation Raise a very important role.This article is divided into five chapters:ChapterⅠ, Introduction. The main thesis of this chapter introducing a clear research background and significance which can lay the foundation for the further study. Chapter II, the connotation of the border areas and national socio-economic situation.
