Abstract


Since the16th CPC National Congress, Faced with today’s complex domestic and international political and economic situation,starting from the basic national conditions in China, Hu Jintao put forward a comprehensive system to promote China’s scientific and technological progress of major strategic thoughts. Under the guidance of the scientific and technological thought over the past decade, China’s scientific and technological power has big promoted. Economic developed steadily and people’s living standards have been greatly improved. Our national strength is higher than ever before. These achievements have confirmed the major significance of Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thinking and also reveal the value of this article.This article is going to explore in depth and summary of the theoretical origin of Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thought, combing the scientific and technological thought of Marx, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin to reveal that Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thought is with the same strain. A comprehensive introduction to the background of Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thinking has been analyzed. A thorough and comprehensive analysis of China’s Economic globalization and the opportunities and challenges of the world’s scientific and technological innovation have been made in this article, which is based on the basic national conditions and the objective situation. This article revealed the thinking of the times in President Hu Jintao.This article focused on Analysis of the contents and characteristics of Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thinking. Hu Jintao’s scientific and technology thought included these aspects:first, science and technology is the primary productive forces, which is an important impetus for the development of economy and society; second, enhance the ability of independent innovation and building the innovative country; third, carry out the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development to train a science and technology leading talents; forth, persist in the human-oriented form and develop technology development of people’s livelihood; fifth, Promote the scientific spirit and strength the innovation of science and technology culture construction; sixth, reform the science and technology system for building an innovation-oriented country provides a good system security; seventh, develop resource conservation and environmental protection technology, to promote the harmonious relationship between science technology and the environment. This paper summarizes the era of Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thinking, inheritance, innovation systematic, open and independent, also explores the ideological characteristics comprehensively.Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thought has great theoretical value and practical significance. This article summarized Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thinking, and nearly a decade China’s scientific and technological progress and social development. It elaborated on the profound impact of Hu Jintao’s scientific and technological thought in contemporary China. The third and fourth part is the focus of this study.
