Abstract


As the economic development of our country, the income of the people of our country increases too. But the income growth rate of most people is lower than the average level of economic growth far along, most outcome of the economic growth is shared by small parts of people. Leading to the increasing trend of the income gap. The income gap mainly show in different industries, especially the rapid income growth of the monopoly industries has become the focus of concern the society. therefore, based on this,the article discuss the income distribution question of the monopoly industries and the loss of the owner, after this, go on discussing the relationship between the income gap and the loss of the owner, at last give some provision based on this.First, the article discuss the feature of our country’s monopoly industries and the reason that leading to high income of the monopoly industries, analysis the necessary that State-owned enterprises join in the distribution of the profit, show the history of our country’s profit distribution evolution process and the present profit distribution situation of our country’s monopoly industries, after this, also illustrate the model and the system of the Europe profits distribution, thus get some elicitation from it. All of this are the preconditions of the questions that we will discuss later about our country’s profit distribution of the monopoly industries.Secondly, the article discuss the form, mechanism, principle and process of the theory that the production factors should join in the distribution of the profit accroding to its own contribution. Based on this, the article take oil and gas industries as an example, using the douglas equation to separate the value contribution between the manpower and resources. By building model, analysis the gap bettween the profits that the owner of the enterprise deserve and the profit the enterprise actually turn in, after doing this, discuss the loss of the owner, then using the linear regression model to analysis the relationship bettween the income gap and the owner loss, leading to the conclusion that the income has close relationship with the loss of the owner, what is basis of the fallowing suggestion. Third, use the income distribution situation of our country’s monopoly industries to compare with the income distribution situation of the United States’related industries in the base of the income gap. By doing the comparing, we can reach some revelations.Finally, the article come up with some suggestions accroding the related theories and the conclusion that reached by the pre positive analysis. The suggestions is that in order reduce the income gap, we should restrict monopoly and reduce the loss of the owner.
