Lots of food safety events were exposed, such as san lu milk powder, clenbuterol matter. All these food such as rise, sauce, egg, fish, jelly etc., correlated to our daily life, had found some safety events in China. All the things disturbed the rule of market, impacted the civics life, also aroused the attention by the Community.Academe discussed food safety events warmly and expressed their opinions actively. Enterprises were censured that lost their basic society ethic, thought nothing of the customer health for pursuing the business profit. Government did not exert their public right adequately, due that each administration was not clear about interior function on food safety management, and lacked for communication between others. When food safety event occurred, the manufactory was found out to be punished, then government administration suddenly inspected all similar manufactory by whole official, cit could found more illegal operators information released by government through media, but food safety event come out again by changing its mode at different place after a while. Government administration supervise is the most important power, need realize that social power except administration, that resultant force come from customer, trade association, agency organization, community, media; this resultant force push enterprise to realize its social responsibility, Push government to adjust its function and consummate its politics and laws. Government need think how to use administration right as market malfunction and government failure, its time to give some right to Non-Governmental Organizations as trade association. Food safety net is social system project, it need all just force come from the society.
