Abstract


As the upgrading and improvement of logistics industry in our country, Logistics Park takes a more and more important role in the development of regional economy. But, actually, it’s a weak point for our country’s logistics industry development. To strengthen the planning of logistics parks construction is the key to develop modern logistics in our country.On the bases of theory analysis of logistics parks planning, this paper made an exploration and study from vary aspects such as the environment analysis, scale determination, location and the policy suggestions. Utilizing the complex system theory, intercepting flow location theory and theory of gravity, this paper constructs a location model of logistics parks and tries to figure out the optimal solution among numerous alternatives by calculating the general cargo flow of all optional locations. Then an algorithm and an MATLAB program are designed. After that, this model is put used into an example and the results proved its validity. This model not only simulate the interactions among logistics parks, enterprises outside the parks and the neighbor parks, overcome the bad phenomenon of ground values speculation and focusing too much upon park scale, but also have the function of park management mode structure analysis and evaluation. Finally, the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
