Abstract


The survival environment of modern enterprises changes dramatically. With this adaptation, logistics outsourcing services have become critical factor in lower operating costs, enhancing core competitiveness as well as improving enterprise responsiveness. Logistics outsourcing bring economic befits to the enterprise. However, it also exits so many hidden risks that logistics outsourcing are often suspended or even ended in failure. Consequently, it is important to set risk awareness and introduce risk management in the logistics outsourcing. Aiming at the risks that may arise during the logistics outsourcing activities, this paper detailedly gives a comprehensive identification, analysis and evaluation of those risks by utilizing a systematic and scientific method, actively explores some effective preventive measures, and systematically establishes a set of risk management, which possesses crucial theoretical and practical significance.This paper adopts the research methods of combining theory with practice and learning from the combination with the innovative. On the basis of the relative theory of logistics outsourcing, aiming at the risks in the logistics outsourcing activities, risk assessment system and risk assessment model are both established with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). At the same time, the corresponding measures of risk management are put forward.(1) The analysis of logistics outsourcing risk. This paper aims to identify the possible risks of logistics outsourcing of enterprise, classifies the potential risks and analyzes them with practice.(2) The measurement and evaluation of logistics outsourcing risk. Based on the analysis of logistics outsourcing risk, the paper applies the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assess the logistics outsourcing risk.(3) The precautionary measures of logistics outsourcing risk. This paper proposes a series of proper preventative measures of logistics outsourcing risk, with the application of the risk management theory and the perfect combination of practice.
