Objective: Investigate the intelligent, personal and sensory interative characteristic of LH children and RH chilren.In the meantime, a contrase research is conducted in order to discorver their respective advantage and potential. In this way, the parents and teachers could teach their children according to the characteristic of their own, and decide the developing direction and training target not only timely but also avoiding flection, so that we can cultivate and provide more excellent genius to our country.Methods:we select 100 RH children and 100 LH children of four primary schools from 1 to 5 grade in Jinan City and Linyi City according to the diagnosis standards of LH and RH. We conduct the estimation of the LH and RH children’s through their family daily route, behavior, intelligence, sensory interative and personality through personality family questionaire, CRT , Sensory integrative measuring table, EPQ-for Children , DISC-CR. Then , We conduct a contrase reseacher and statistics by T test.Results: It is found by analysis that there are significient differences between LH children and RH children in daily behavior, IQ, sensory interative ability and personality, t>1.96, p<0.05. In the distribution of IQ , the PIQ of LH children are higher than that of RH children, while the VIQ of LH children are lower than that of RH children, and in the mean while, the PIQ of LH children are higher than their VIQ , the VIQ of RH children are higher than their PIQ.Conclusion: Human brain have a trait of unilateral spacialization , this kind of trait can effect IQ and personality of children, so children of different handness have
