Abstract


With the development of information technology and extensive applied, it is more important effect in the social economy. It is put forward definitely in the National science and technology develop programming to reform the traditional industry with the information technology, and carry out the traditional industrial upgrading to the generation and cross over developments.Information system not only raised enterprise’s management level, also enhanced enterprise’s management efficiency, strengthened enterprise’s competitive ability, saved enterprise’s production and the management cost. The many automobile enterprise also is facing such question. In the automobile enterprise, electronic instrumentation massively is used, which is the basis for the establishment of network measure system.In this paper it has researched the question which meets to network measure system base on RS485 bus application.(1)How to accurately transmit the measured data of the on-line different process to computer through RS485 bus, it is called the Statistical process control system of the SPC( Statistical Process Control) computer. Designed three sets of communication protocol, and carried on experiment design and analysis to bus control competition way by ASCII and enquiries way by binary. Through experiment analysis, it is made sure the communication agreement that enquiries way by binary., accurate credibility, avoided mutually interference when data is transmitted in the several measurement equipments(2)For the electronic measure equipments which is out of network test system, it has data storage model oneself. Designed a set of data read program that is used exclusively to read the measured data of electronic measure equipments, and it can connect with SPC computer, deliver the data to the computer, prepare to carry on the further analysis.(3)Research to the software system of the SPC computer, carry out to quantities of analysis , management and control of products in the processThrough resolved above three problems, it is predominant to the application of network test and quantities management system in the enterprise.
