Abstract


With the development of economy, the city scale expands unceasingly, high-riseresidence increases unceasingly, the number of elevators installed and used isgrowing.Elevator’s security becomes the focus of people’s attention, because of the situationof breakdown and emergency accident, the lift is failure to work and people are trapped, thesystem of elevator emergency communication becomes particularly important.There are some problems for the elevators at present. The system usually adopts the wayof wired intercom, wiring cost is high and not flexible; For the improvement of another radiocommunication terminal, it use the way of GSM communication, it will generate highmaintain communication cost after a long time. According to the two questions above, In thispaper, we design a system terminal of wireless broadband communication based on wirelessMesh network. Wireless broadband elevator emergency communication system terminalfollows the Mesh wireless communication protocol, it can implement wireless hotspots coverthrough the relay signals which pass point to multipoint, we does not need wiring to install theterminal and it won’t produce big communication feeand the system terminal works in thepublic spectrum, which adopts the technology of jump frequency and expend frequency,greatly saves bandwidth. The unit of System power supply uses the technology of UPS powersupply, it covert from alternating current (ac)220v to Direct current (dc)+12v by theflyback switch converter, it can meet the requirements of uninterrupted power supply ofspecial equipment. At the same time, I use linear power supply and switch power supplywhich converts dc+12V to+5V and+3.3V dc for the use of system.We analyse the feasibility of the scheme of the elevator emergency communicationsystem based on wireless broadband, then we design the hardware which achieve the systemof elevator emergency communication based on wireless Mesh network. Then we test the performances of elevator emergency communication system based on wireless Mesh network.Test results show that the design of the elevator emergency rescue system terminal can realizefive parties calls in the true sense, and has characteristics of low power consumption, simpleapplication, reliable performance, it is suitable for user’s use for a long time, and meet therequirements of the elevator five parties talk prescribed by the state, it can be promoted in theapplication.
