Abstract


Since 1980s, under the background of economy globalization and regional economy integration, network systematized becomes a developing trend of regional logistics. As a part of the modern logistics network system, service level and logistics cost of regional logistics have become an important factor of affecting social environment of regional economy. Under the background of regional economy and logistics integration, some key issues of the network constructing in regional logistics have been studied in the thesis.Three main problems have been solved in this thesis: the relationship of the regional economy and logistics, the data foundation forecasting and methods of the network constructing. Based on the research of the relationship of regional economy and logistics, using theories of economy, logistics, systems engineering and dynamics, the method of linear regression in confirming the strong relations of regional economy and regional logistics is used on the foundation of research, and relational models of both that accurately analyzed systematical structure of relational logistics is established. Based on the forecast of data foundation,“economy-logistics”forecasting model that based on MLP artificial neural network (ANN) on the foundation of strong relationship between regional economy and regional logistics demand have been proposed. The results of the sample showed the model is effective and right. Then through further studied on the dynamics model, mathematics equation is established, and then the result is realized by simulation software. It is a new method of prediction. Based on the methods of network constructing, using the method of AHP, evaluation system of logistics joints grades is built, which used to determinate the constructive size of logistics facilities. Using the game theory, the model that based on couples of prior OD is established, it has two levels. The upper level goal of the government is to minimize the total generalized transportation cost of the system. The lower level goal of the enterprises is to maximize the benefit of themselves. And the calculation of the example shows the theory and the method are correct. In instance, the logistics network constructing of Hunan Province by such technical methods is studied on.At present, theories and methods that studied on solving key issues of constructing of regional logistics network system are few. Some new ideas and methods of solving key issues are proposed. They are good for logistics department to provide scientific construction substratum.
