Abstract


Virtual operation is a new thesis, and focused by more and more scholars since bored in 90s. In the meantime, many industrial clusters mainly composed by small-medium enterprises are bored and developed in provinces or cities with the fast development of Chinese economy, and they are playing significant roles in local economy. This thesis combines virtual operation with industrial clusters, and researches on virtual operation of small-medium enterprises in condition of industrial clusters. So it is much valuable in academic study, and also in development of local economy and small-medium enterprises. The thesis analyses and studies small-medium enterprises how to practice virtual operation in industrial clusters base on summarizing theory of industrial clusters, modes of industrial clusters, criterion of small-medium enterprises, theory of virtual operation and modes of virtual operation. Then it brings forward flexible localizing of core competence, uses Genetic Algorithm for copartner choice and Nash Model for benefit division. Additionally, the thesis takes electric apparatus cluster of Liushi in Zhejiang province as the example for further research, and hopes to find nice advice for other clusters.
