Abstract


At present, the iron&steel industry is faced with severe situation, the domestic economic growthdeclining influence, the domestic steel market demand weak, capacity surplus seriously. In the next periodof time, the iron&steel industry will be in the long run, a kind of adjustable structure, turn the difficultway in the environment. As the iron and steel industry of the downstream industry, how to accurately graspthe domestic and international macroeconomic situation and the change of industry trends, fully is expectedto iron&steel related industry the difficulty they have ever met, prepared to cope with all kinds ofchallenge, in adversity found and cultivate favorable factors, timely adjust management structure, optimizethe market layout, the transformation development way, to realize the strategic transition, it is decided toiron and steel industry related to survival and development must face and important research project.Based on A company as the research object, through to A company it is A typical steel plate processingand distribution enterprise in the face of the iron&steel industry situation of strategic transformation andthe strategic location problem, for A company and similar enterprises to provide thinking and theoreticalreference, to A company’s future development strategy to provide basis for the establishment of anddirectionBased on the introduction, the first introduced the selection of the industry background, the object ofstudy, the significance, the research topic of the method, procedure and content, etc. In the second partdocument review, mainly for strategic transformation of the theory, advantage over the competition theory,strategic transformation ability theory and some analysis methods were introduced, this paper describes thestrategic management and the strategic transition theory research and development. In the third chapter, byusing PEST analysis, the steel plate processing industry to conduct A comprehensive analysis, combinedwith the actual A company, and points out that the steel plate processing and distribution industry situationand A company in the industry challenges, through the industry environment change and A company’sinternal environment introduction, A company that carries on the strategic transformation of the necessityand transformation background.
