The main purpose of this paper is to study the treatment mechanism of Zhengganxifen Oral Solution through reviewing literature and animal experiments.In the first part ,we reviewed the general situation of studying cerebral hemorrhage with traditional Chinese medicine;according to that, we consider hyper ganyang is the main pathological base of cerebral hemorrhage. So calming the ganyang is a very effective therapy method for cerebral hemorrhage.Zhengganxifen Oral Solution has the effect of calming the ganyang, so we take it as the representative agent, and we expectiate the theory and clinical thereunder of Zhengganxifen Oral Solution curing cerebral hemorrhage.In the second part, we study the influence of Zhengganxifen Oral Solution to encephaledema, hypoxia inducible factor(HIF), transferrin(Tf), transferrin-receptor(Tf-R), brain cell apoptosis, superoxide dismutase(SOD),MDA of cerebral hemorrhage rat models with immunohistochemistry .The results reveal that Didang Oral Solution could alleviate encephaledema and brain cell apoptosis,decrease MDA, increase SOD, HIF ,Tf , Tf-R in the rat brain. So we think that Zhengganxifen Oral Solution is the effective agent to cerebral hemorrhage. cerebral hemorrhage.
