Abstract


According to traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical theory , refer to the relevant literature and combined with the instructors years of clinical experience , the use of a combination of methods of literature research and clinical trials to evaluate the self qi and blood circulation side interventions cholecystectomy postoperative stress-induced insulin resistance ( IR ) clinical results. Theoretical research through access to the Chinese classic literature , combined with modern medical research , understanding of Chinese medicine for insulin resistance , the cholecystectomy etiology and pathogenesis of understanding , and modern medicine for stress-induced insulin resistance Research . We believe that biliary tract surgery stress the pathogenesis of insulin resistance should be air-block , stopping bleeding . Clinical studies as a basis , to qi tongfu , promoting blood circulation to Dafa , to be a party to the qi and blood circulation enema intervention cholecystectomy , non-diabetic patients , and compared with the control group , the the surgery different periods of the patient's subjective symptoms ; fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin ( FINS ) ; and anal exhaust time , ambulation time and hospital stay ; and laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC ) group and open cholecystectomy surgery group ( OC ) stress - induced insulin resistance and a comparative analysis of postoperative recovery . Discussion section first describes the legislative group basis of qi and blood circulation parties ; and then analyze the results of clinical trials , qi and blood circulation parties have a certain role in the regulation of blood sugar and inhibit stress-induced insulin resistance in biliary tract surgery , and contributes significantly to the stomach recovery of intestinal function , postoperative recovery has a good effect on the cases of clinical observation , no significant adverse reactions in the the surgical clinical work has broad application prospects . Its intervention to the specific role of stress-induced insulin resistance mechanism is unclear , it is worth further study .
