Abstract


Objective: To evaluate the influence of the Chinese traditional medicine to APN and FFA in early time of type 2 diabetes mellitus on the base of using west medince.Methods: A randomized, doubled-blind and placebo controlled trial was conducted. One hundred and eight patients were admitted in the test. And one hundred and three finished the whole investigation. Among these patients, fifty-three were divided randomly into the therapeutic group and others into the control group. The whole course of treatment is eighteen months with subsequent visit every month..The observed indexes , such as FBG, PBG, HbA1c, clinic symptoms and quality of live, APN、 ISI and FFA.Results: ①In the therapeutic group, in which clinic symptoms though with no statistical difference compared with the control group, ameliorateing the symptoms with the themselves group in former and behind. quality of live in the therapeutic group has a little improve.②After cure in the therapeutic APN is more than the control group,but no statistical difference .And in FFBG>7mmol/L or BMI≤25kg/m2 or the course ≤3 years,APN with statistical difference between the two group（p<0. 05） .③ISI also with no statistical difference compared with the two group .In the therapeutic group it reduces much more than the control group. ④The relationship between APN and ISI is positive correlation （r=0. 37, P=0. 0008<0. 01） . ⑤FFA is ameliorateing with the therapeutic themselves group in former and behind and with no statistical difference in the control group.Conclusion: liuweidihuang pills and Ginkgo biloca leave preparation can ameliorate clinical symptoms and quality of live; can regulate APN and reduce FFA,,then when FBG>7mmol/L or BMI≤25kg/m2 or the course ≤3 years to ameliorate APN is more effective. The relationship between APN and ISI is positive correlation.And liuweidihuang pills and Ginkgo biloca also can stay the trend of insulin resistance.
