Abstract


Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and operation mechanism of Jian Pi Qing Gan decoction on hepatic function after TACE.Methods Thirty hepatic cancer patients were selected and divided into two groups.The fifteen patients in the treat group were treated with Jian Pi Qing Gan decoction combined with TACE and the fifteen patients in the control group were treated simply with TACE and added with TIOPRONIN after hepatic function damage occurred. The difference of hepatic function index, changes of tumor size, alleviation of clinical symptoms, improvement of common conditions, changes of serum tumor indicating and degree of adverse effect of TACE were compared and the differences were analysed by statistics.Results ALT in the treat group after twenty-eight day of second TACE, AST、 ALT in the control group after three days of first TACE, AST、 ALT、 γ-GT in the treat group and control group after three days of first TACE, ALT after twenty-eight day of second TACE all had significant difference . while ALP、 A had no. The treat group had no apparent advantages over the control group, but the two had significant differences in alleviating symptoms, improving common conditions, reducing AFP value and TACE adverse effect, etc.Conclusion Jian Pi Qing Gan decoction has remarkable therapeutic effect on hepatic function damage induced by TACE in treating hepatic cancer, and it can improve clinical symptoms and common conditions , reduce adverse effects of TACE, which is deserved to be spreaded.
