Abstract


IntroductionWith the advancement in science and technology and the changing of the concept of health and medical model, service of medical treatment is also facing great changes. How to make the limited health resources better serve human is both an important issue facing in our country and the world. Creating and improving community health services has become the new trend of health care reform and an important strategic target of achieving " Health for All" . To build up a feasible contingent of community health services is one of the most crucial factor of developing the community health services. Within more than 50 years of founding our nation, in contemporary with developing a three - level medical network in the city, we have formed a team of primary health care and disease prevention , which make a contribution to meet the primary health care needs of urban residents. With the in - depth development of community health services, whether the quality of health manpower basically formed from the grass - roots health services can take the responsibilities of community health services or not and how to work according to the local conditions are also the problem needed to solve urgently. Manpower of community health care is of increasing importance by the experts and scholars. By surveying and analysising the actuality of Manpower of community health care in Jinzhou, making appropriate recommendations, this paper provides the scientific basis to the health sector in formulating health policies on Manpower development of community health services and in improving community health service.
