Abstract


ERP evaluation and implementation derives from clear and correct enterprise’s requirements on information and function.The enterprise’s requirements include function requirements and information requirements. How to make the better ERP evaluation and implementation was analyzed.Basic theory analysis starts from ERP system concept, core management theory and ERP developmen.The current situation of the method of ERP evaluation and implementation in China was discussed. Part two of the basic theory is about the specifications of enterprise’s requirements about ERP. The informationization is the process which should meet the function requirements and information requirements.On the theory base of Chapter two and Chapter three, the analysis of the ERP evaluation conducted by the requirements of enterprises was made in Chapter four. The evaluation model was built up .The formula which shows the relationship between requirements & ERP product was set up. The function requirements and information
