Abstract


Our system since 1979 to restore the trust since the trust industry has experienced several revamp , but have yet to find a more realistic way , and in the concept of respect and trust exists a lot of confusion and controversy , which gives our trust business development cast a shadow . Although there have been dozens of re- registration of the restructured \This paper attempts from the social , economic, historical perspective , and many other United States, Britain , Japan and other countries in a comparative study of the trust industry , hoping to discover some of the trust industry which exist in the process of regularities in order for our Development Trust industry to provide some reference and experience . In this paper, the specific conditions of the Asian countries to countries trust industry emergence and development of a more detailed comparative analysis ; legal system of national trust , trust the regulatory system , trust, and trust business governance model also carried out a systematic comparative study ; also based on the development trend of the international financial industry to study the international trust industry status and future trends . In this paper, in-depth study of China's trust industry and the emergence and development based on the history and current situation of our country 's deep-rooted problems trust industry , analyzed ; and the process for the development of trust business problems , pointing out that a sound social credit environment , perfect trust the legal system is a prerequisite for development trust industry ; put forward China Trust Industry should be established at this stage dominated by corporate trusts , trusts , supplemented by other forms of development. This paper also describes the trust industry not \in the form of trust business can consist of different types of financial institutions concurrently ideas.
