Abstract


Utilizing foreign direct investment is an economical great breakthrough since the reform and opening-up of our country. With the integration of the international economy, the role in our country’s economic development of the foreign direct investment is greater and greater, the proportion is on the rise too. The foreign direct investment is an essential capital source of economic development of our country. Fujian is one of the areas which our country opens earliest. For over 20 years, Fujian is perfecting the soft and hard environment of introducing the foreign direct investment constantly, have obtained certain achievement in introducing foreign country’s direct investment. Utilize foreign direct investment to play an enormous role for accelerating the construction of modernization of Fujian. This text utilizes every data of foreign direct investment through Fujian, analyze in depth impact on economic development of Fujian of the foreign direct investment , the current situation and characteristic, existing problem and restriction factor of foreign direct investment in Fujian, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of improving the level of utilizing foreign capital in Fujian. This text divides four chapters altogether:Chapter one, foreign direct investment and theory. First of all , have introduced such relevant concepts as the definition , form and characteristic of the foreign direct investment ,etc.; Then , have introduced the theory surveys of foreign direct investment and economic growth; Finally , explained " two gap models " theory and the effect of developing country utilize foreign direct investment.Chapter two, the current situations and characteristics of utilizing foreign direct investment of Fujian.
