Abstract


In recent years , foreign increasing anti-dumping cases against China , China has become the world subject to anti-dumping investigations than any other country , and Foreign Anti-dumping is a serious impediment to the development of China's export trade . This paper to reveal the substance of dumping and anti-dumping , dialysis status and characteristics of the foreign anti-dumping , anti-dumping , and our products frequently causes and effects analysis , and then discuss some viable strategy for response to foreign anti-dumping , and to reduce or avoid this frequent occurrence of a phenomenon . The article is divided into four parts , the first part starting from the definition of economics and the legal definition of dumping , reveal the substance of the dumping , and elaborates on the three elements of dumping determined . The second part provides an overview of the types of anti- dumping measures , anti-dumping duties and the cost-benefit analysis , based on further analysis of the difference between the WTO Agreement on behavior of the abuse of anti-dumping restrictions , as well as Europe and the United States anti-dumping . The third part of the foreign China anti-dumping characteristics and the impact on China . The fourth part of the article from the international and domestic analysis of frequently the main reason for anti-dumping and countermeasures of the campaign in response to anti- dumping , the Chinese government and enterprises to be taken further . The main contribution of this paper is to : First, the use of cost-benefit analysis method to analyze the anti-dumping duties , countries compete to demonstrate the protective effect of the anti-dumping duties because of the anti- dumping . Second , the United States and the European Union are typical , the use of comparative analysis of both anti-dumping to a thorough analysis of the foreign anti -dumping issues . Third , in the analysis of the process of foreign anti-dumping causes analyzed the problems of China 's market economy status \a full market economy status . From foreign anti-dumping status and causes of the analysis , the main countermeasures to deal with anti -dumping targeted both government and enterprises .
