Abstract


SSCM company is Xiamen, a distributor of construction machinery imports , as the macroeconomic environment and the overall industry environment, corporate accounts receivable high. Company realized credit management level is not high has seriously hindered the development of the company , and even the survival of the company to bring the crisis. Meanwhile, the sales model also some changes in the credit risk control put forward higher requirements. A complete set of credit management and operation system , is SSCM company urgently needed. This article from the system design and operation management perspective given by the company for the SSCM a complete credit management solution . Article is divided into five chapters: the first chapter , the domestic credit management status and credit management analysis . After the introduction of credit and credit management basic concepts , analyze the current situation of Chinese enterprises credit management , credit management and explain the business models and processes , introduce assess corporate credit policy implementation tool DSO. Chapter II , SSCM company status and credit management objectives. Introduced the basic situation of SSCM and industry status and characteristics , indicating SSCM corporate credit management status , given its credit management objectives , and plan to establish their credit management processes. Chapter III , SSCM credit management system design. The use of credit management theory , a company designed for the SSCM from organizational design, customer evaluation, to determine credit , accounts receivable management and collection of overdue accounts , loan guarantee to the relevant systems and processes credit management solutions. Chapter IV , SSCM credit management implementation examples. Through two specific cases to illustrate SSCM credit management system implementation. Chapter V , drawing and thinking . This article will explain the reference and the author of some of the thinking . This creates a standard for business credit management systems and processes , with some reference .
