Abstract


The problem of non - performing credit assets of China's banking sector has been widespread concern at home and abroad , because it involves the safety of the financial system , resolved, and even affect the economic and political stability , the Southeast Asian financial crisis is unprecedented . Based on the analysis of China's commercial banks non-performing credit assets Causes and market disposal of non - performing credit assets , the disposal of cases , to explore business innovation for the disposal of non - performing credit assets . This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter briefly introduces the research background , the main problem and the meaning of article research framework ; analysis of the causes of non-performing credit assets of China's banking industry ; third chapter describes China 's Commercial Banks credit market assets disposal of assets ; fourth chapter discusses China's commercial banks non-performing the credit asset disposal business innovation ; fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study and policy recommendations . The main conclusion is that our current laws, policies, conditions , commercial banks and asset management companies may use different technical characteristics of the asset management and disposal methods , relying on the policy, legal , business and financial conditions , adverse credit asset disposal social , intensive and specialized features should get the full measure . For the characteristics of the banks' bad credit assets to further explore the operation of the business of asset management and disposal of space, such as bad credit business assets acquisition , bad credit asset securitization , equity trust management , the introduction of private and foreign capital to participate in bad credit asset disposal to speed up bad credit assets disposal .
