Abstract

As mango mature offspring Xiewang Sheng mining, latent infection of pathogenic microorganisms, resulting in a large loss of the circulation process, severely limits the mango production development. Anthracnose (Colletotrichum gloeosparioides) and rot (Botryodiplodiplodia theobromae) are the two major mango postharvest diseases. Currently, many diseases prevention and control of chemical fungicides mango processing, so often introduce some unsafe factors, such as the atmosphere, soil, water, agricultural and other pollution and the impact on personal safety. In addition, the bacteria resistant to commonly used agents gradually increased, making the anti-effect falling. Open up new ways to control, biological control becomes even more urgent. Purpose of this study: screening can effectively prevent mango postharvest anthracnose and stem rot antagonistic yeast, yeast studies mango postharvest main diseases on the inhibitory effect, and filter out the yeast strains were identified. The main results are as follows: 1. Were screened out an effective control mango anthracnose and stem rot yeast strains. Through primary and secondary screening in vitro get rot anthracnose and antagonism of the eight yeast. Fruit inoculation by further, in vivo screening can effectively inhibit the antagonistic yeast anthrax X-1 and inhibition of yeast strain rot Mo-7, the control incidence rates were 40% and 16.7% respectively. 2. Measured at different concentrations of the inhibitory effect on the bacteria. The results show that the antagonistic yeast strain X-1 and Mo-7 inhibitory effect of the concentration of the suspension are positively correlated, 10 ~ 8CFU/mL yeast suspension control effect on bacteria and 200mg / L no carbendazim Pharmacy difference, 10 ~ 6 and 10 ~ 7CFU/mL yeast solution has some antibacterial effect, fruit incidence was significantly lower than the control. 3. Determination of antagonistic bacteria growth dynamics. Antagonistic yeast strain X-1 and Mo-7 wounds can multiply rapidly in the fruit, the number of yeast to increase in 48h ~ 3-10 ~ 4 times 10. Meanwhile inoculated pathogen, X-1 growth curve is more gentle, and Mo-7 growth than antagonistic bacteria inoculated alone more rapidly, at all stages of the yeast count is higher than the latter. 4. Identification screened antagonistic yeasts. Through morphological, physiological and biochemical parameters were measured on the antagonistic yeast screening X-1 and Mo-7 were identified. The results showed that yeast X-1 is, deuteromycetes Gang, yeast Cryptococcus Branch (Cryptococcaceae), Candida, Candida Via Val (Candida valdiviana); Mo-7 as Ascomycetes, yeast Branch (Saccharomycetaceae ), yeast subfamily, genus Debaryomyces (Debaryomyces), Debaryomyces yeast (Debaryomyces hansenii).
