Abstract

Cordyceps Militaris Cordyceps similar functionality, and selenium as an essential trace element, has important physiological functions, Se-rich Cordyceps Militaris set Cordyceps Militaris and selenium many physiological functions in one. Two aspects of the papers from the Se-rich Cordyceps Militaris characteristics (resistance selenium selenium-enriched characteristics, fermentation conditions, the effectiveness factor) and industrial production premise (Se-rich Cordyceps Militaris strain selection, fermentation effluent treatment) Se-rich Cordyceps Militaris liquid fermented study. Firstly, by orthogonal experiment screened a short fermentation period, the mycelium yield high selenium simple raw material requirements of Cordyceps Militaris strains JM, starting strain of the paper throughout the experiment. The strain of about 72 h to reach maximum biomass and maximum Selenium content; solid plate culture resistant sodium selenite concentration 10μg/mL shake flask cultures resistant sodium selenite concentration of 12μg/mL. In turn, determine Cordyceps Militaris JM selenium-enriched by single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum fermentation conditions: the soybean flour 35g / L sucrose 40g / L, KH2PO41.5g / L, thiamine 50μg / L, the Na2SeO316mg / L, medium pH6.0, incubation temperature 26 ° C, seed age 24h inoculum size 3mL/100mL, medium volume per 250mL flask 100 mL of. Under this condition, the Se-rich Cordyceps Militaris biomass of up to 12.69 g / L Selenium content of up to 5.61μg/mL selenium-enriched rate of up to 442.08μg / g. Study of selenium on the of Cordyceps Militaris nutritional ingredients and effectiveness of the composition, the determination of the content of the chemical composition of ordinary Cordyceps Militaris and selenium-enriched Cordyceps Militaris. The results showed that Se-rich Cordyceps Militaris four nutrient content than ordinary Cordyceps Militaris adenosine, cordycepin, Cordyceps polysaccharides, mineral elements content was significantly higher than that of ordinary Cordyceps Militaris. Also measured the content of of Cordyceps militaris chemical ingredients, cordycepin, Cordyceps militaris Cordyceps polysaccharide, Cordyceps acid content than ordinary Cordyceps Militaris. High-quality, high yield, good stability, the primary characteristics of industrial microorganisms, made a preliminary study of selenium-enriched Cordyceps Militaris Protoplast mutation breeding. BREEDING, access to the ability of a selenium-enriched, high yield, stable traits of Cordyceps Militaris strain YM07. Increase its production by 18% compared with the original strain, Selenium content of 16%. Point plant \The extracted mycelium after fermentation liquid waste contains a certain amount of inorganic selenium. Therefore, through the single factor experiment the the coprecipitation process selenium fermentation liquid waste process parameters. The control fermentation effluent pH of 6.0-7.0, dosing 5g / L ferric chloride (FeCl3 · 6H2O), stirring 10min, stand for 30min, 2600r/min centrifugal 30min the effluent selenium content can reach selenium emissions of a standard.
