Abstract

The subjects of the antimicrobial properties of the chitosan, non-toxic, biodegradable and other properties, and complex to meet the requirements of the chitosan finishing agent, and applied to the silk fabric finishing, to thereby obtain a certain washability anti wrinkled, antibacterial functional textiles. Through the study of citric acid and tartaric acid complex ratio of silk fabrics wrinkle recovery angle, whiteness and power, citric acid and tartaric acid molar ratio of 1:1 as a chitosan solvent; analysis temperature and dissolved in the dissolution process time of chitosan solution viscosity and color to determine the choice of 496,000 molecular weight chitosan dissolution temperature of 60 ° C, the dissolution time 8h. Effects of chitosan polycarboxylic acid solution silk fabric finishing to taking performance indicators change, The results showed that after the optimization process finishing silk fabric wrinkles Reply angle have been significantly improved (increase in the warp and weft of about 30 °), capillary effect increased; whiteness, breaking strength decreased slightly, but not much; drape of the fabric performance, feel worse. Explore domestic and international anti-bacterial detection method based on this project to develop anti-bacterial detection methods applicable to chitosan finishing silk fabric, the molecular weight of chitosan deacetylation degree, the impact of changes in the concentration of the antimicrobial properties of silk fabric The results show that: the antibacterial properties of chitosan molecular weight changes, antibacterial rate increased with chitosan deacetylation degree and the increase in the concentration of. Using chitosan, a molecular weight of 496,000 and a concentration of 3%, the fabric can reach more than 90% of the bactericidal effect of Staphylococcus aureus. To improve silk fabric feel stiff chitosan finish using silicon microemulsion softener the MEJ as the chitosan finish additives, come to the best recipe (the concentration used owf): 2.8% chitosan concentration, diversity 12% of the total concentration of the carboxylic acid (citric acid and tartaric acid mole ratio of 1:1), sodium hypophosphite concentration of 5%, MEJ concentration of 10%. The process parameters: baking temperature of 150 ° C, baking time 120s. The test results show that: the silicon microemulsion is added to the chitosan finish silk fabric softener the MEJ, can further improve silk fabrics wrinkle resistance (latitude and longitude and added to the approximately 30 °), and can improve the fabric drape (the drape coefficient decreased by 7.5%). The use of an atomic force microscope of the present subject by chitosan cloth before and after finishing were observed and found that after finishing, the surface morphology of the fibers changed chitosan finishing agent having a certain viscosity to fill the gaps between the surface fibrillated, eliminating The surface of the gully. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that the fabric produced on a small amount of the crosslinked ester bonds.
