First , starting from the current situation of shortage of water resources in the Binhai New Area , the use of marketing the theory of supply and demand analysis of the situation of water resources in Tianjin Binhai New Area , demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of the use of reclaimed water and recycled water production are not enthusiastic reclaimed water consumers (users ) insufficient demand .
