Abstract

Printing and dyeing wastewater is currently one of the major sources of pollution of the water body , with a large amount of water , high color , poor biodegradability , complex components . As a result of the traditional biological treatment , the water is difficult to achieve the standard of dyeing wastewater treatment technology is of great significance . This combination of hydrolytic acidification biological contact oxidation process has been widely studied , the test hydrolytic acidification biological contact oxidation treatment by photocatalytic oxidation of biological processors , as a self-made printing and dyeing wastewater treatment object . By comparing the duration of the treatment effect of the presence or absence of dissolved oxygen , the analysis of the type of conditions COD and chroma processing relationship and the effect of improving the biodegradability , and to determine the optimum working conditions . Hydrolytic acidification biological contact with oxygen photocatalytic treatment combinations nearly two test water COD, color indicators will be measured to determine the outcome of the trial of this process , the ultimate goal is for the production of practice for guidance . The content and conclusions of this thesis are as follows: 1. Analysis of the of dyeing wastewater generated by the printing and dyeing production process quality characteristics and pollution characteristics . Research hydrolysis acidification biological contact oxidation , photocatalytic oxidation process section removal of pollutants , analysis of its influencing factors . Determine the best design of each monomer structures , operating parameters . 4 combined process the removal of pollutants , and analyze the correlation between the effect of each monomer structures removal of pollutants . Hydrolysis acidification biological contact oxidation stage on nearly two months running best running conditions : hydraulic retention time : 12 hours , air-water ratio 25:1 . TiO2 catalyst dosing mass concentration of 0.2 g / L , the illumination time to 60 minutes , H2O2 the dosage to 4.0 mmol / L of the highest removal rate of CODCr and chroma . The final effluent of the combined process of the indicators meet an emission standard of the textile dyeing and finishing industrial water pollutant discharge standard GB4287 - 92 .
