Abstract


The green technology innovation is a balance between economic efficiency , ecological and social benefits coordinated growth , sustainable development as a fundamental objective , the use of scientific methods to develop new technological innovation process . Green technology innovation to adapt to the ecological requirements of the development of the economy , has an important significance to the scientific concept of development . But green technology innovation still has shortcomings: the external uncertainty and market failure , leading to the corporate green technology innovation , lack of motivation , and the needs of government , business and society together to provide continuous and effective incentives . With the Copenhagen conference in Denmark held the world in 2009 set off a wave of \Of this thesis is to combine the power industry to analyze the impact of the emissions trading system on green technology innovation . Discussed mainly from the following aspects : This paper studies choose emission behavior of enterprises based on the marginal treatment costs , profit maximization premise , based on the trading price of the marginal treatment costs and the emission rights market for green technology innovation the comparison between the analysis when select green technology innovation ? choose when to exercise the emission rights ? establish basic model to analyze the impact of emissions trading on green technology innovation . In addition, the paper analyzes the environmental capacity of the market-oriented configuration - Emission Trading System , compared with other environmental resource management can achieve the lowest cost of pollution control of the whole society , a better way to solve the problem of externalities , on the one hand, to enable enterprises to emissions internalize the negative externalities of pollutants green technological innovation , on the other hand that the internalization of positive externalities to green technology innovation provides an effective incentive . This paper also studied the effects of the emissions trading system for emission reduction costs continue to decrease , to motivate ongoing innovation in green technology .
