Abstract


Our current \protect single line formulation of laws and regulations. There is no denying that the law has an important role to play in China's environmental protection work. Law enacted so far, has gone through more than twenty years. Two decades China's national situation has undergone a major change, has achieved transition from a planned economy to a market economy, the country's rapid economic development, people's living standards have markedly improved the environmental situation has undergone major changes, a lot of the same period. Environmental Protection single line of the law is amended, also developed a new a single line of environmental protection law. \The perfection of the \This paper reviews the evolution and development of environmental law in contemporary China, to grasp the overall changes in environmental law, and demonstrate the scientific development concept to guide and improve the feasibility of the \China's \China's \\\These new system of emergency response system; establish and improve the environmental rights of citizens. This article aims to China's \the true sense of the Environmental Protection Basic Law, in order to benefit the legal system construction and improvement of the environmental problems of our environment.
