Vanadium products industry is one of the non-ferrous metal high-polluting industries. Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's vanadium industry has developed very quickly, but increasingly difficult to adapt to match pollutant emission standards. At present, the vanadium industrial pollutant emission standards have not yet introduced, \improper strict control indicators omissions. Based on this, Northeastern University, the State Environmental Protection Eco-Industrial Key Laboratory commissioned by the former State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA), the development of non-ferrous metals industrial pollutant emission standards - Vanadium and its compounds, this thesis as a background to carry out vanadium industrial water pollutant emission standards. Emission limits determine the emission standards in most core content identified in the international arena, there are two ways, one is from the pollutant control technology, the other is a departure from the angle of human health and environmental risks. Wherein, the first method is the main method used at home and abroad initial attempts (added) as the first method, the second method in the developed countries to not see the relevant literature reported in China. Firstly, the first method to determine the water pollutant discharge limits, on this basis, the establishment of the vanadium industry water pollutant emissions model, using the second method initially identified the chemical oxygen demand in the water pollutant discharge limits (COD) and ammonia (NH3-N), and finally, the two methods to determine the COD and NH3-N comparative analysis. (1) Based on the pollution control technology, the vanadium industry pollution emission limits: existing businesses and new enterprises, advanced control technology emission limits for COD: 100 mg / L, 80 mg / L, 50mg / L; ammonia: 40mg / L, 25mg / L, 15mg / L; pH: 6 to 9,6 to 9,6 to 9; suspended solids: 70mg / L, 50mg / L, 30mg / L; TN: 45mg / L , 30mg / L, 20mg / L; total phosphorus: 1.5 mg / L and 1.0mg / L, 0.5 mg / L; the sulfide: 1.0mg / L and 1.0mg / L, 1.0 mg / L; chloride: 600mg / L, 400mg / L, 300 mg / L; vanadium: 2.0mg / L, 1.0 mg / L, 1.0 mg / L; hexavalent chromium: 0.5 mg / L and 0.5mg / L, 0.5 mg / L; total chromium: 1.5mg / L, 1.5mg / L, 1.5mg / L; Cd: 0.1 mg / L and 0.1mg / L and 0.1mg / L; unit basis displacement: 50t / t, 30t / t, 10t / t. (2) the emission limits based on the human health and environmental risks, COD: 60 mg / L; ammonia: 26 mg / L. Both results to the analysis, the emission limits determined based on the human health and environmental risks to determine the emission limits more stringent than the technical point of departure from the pollution control of pollutant emission standards, therefore, the formulation of the two methods should be combined to develop more stringent emission standards, and gradually meet environmental requirements.
