Abstract


With the continuous development and advancement of society, it becomes possible for everyone to enjoy equal right of education. However, such right does not mean one has equal right for development as others. There exists many unfair phenomenon, which leads to unequal development of individual. With the reinforcement of the awareness of self rights, more and more people demand the equality of classroom teaching, thus the equality of classroom teaching becomes a subject with theoretical and factual meaning.By use of long-term practice of classroom teaching, and a great deal of interview with Chinese teachers and students, this paper tries to depict the problems of inequality existing in classroom teaching. Many fields, such as the space resources of classroom, the interactive communication between teachers and students, the teaching content, the teaching methods and organization, the teaching evaluation, have the problems of inequality, thus many resources of classroom learning are given to advantage students. The reason includes outer social factors and teachers’educational level. According to the research, the angular impression on student from teacher, the teacher’s conception of classroom teaching value and equality, the teacher’s ability of classroom teaching, the individual difference of students development and outer social relationship, all influence the equality of classroom teaching.Although the equality of classroom teaching is an ideal and a process, its realization degree will influence educational equality directly, then the process of educational democracy. Thus, we must understand the significance of the equality of classroom teaching fully, and explore the proper approach of realizing the equality of classroom teaching for time-being.1. Set the equal awareness of classroom teaching to form equal relationship between teacher and student.2. Better teachers’self educational level and sprite state .
