Abstract


Along with the fast development of internet,set up a suited sales management system become very important.the system could bring the up to date information from the market to company management team,to come out the decision,then adjust the policy accordingly,at the same time can manage the current and potential customer.this article is main for the sales management system base on mobile phone,the main content is,1) Introducing CRM concept and main function,the CRM stratagem from mobile phone industry.2) Introduce the mobile phone technology,discuss the mobile technology application in sales management system.3) Set up the general project,given a detail analysis about function module and the operation flow.4) Analyze the data transfer technology by mobile phone, realize the difference connect measure to the system,discuss the modeling and the key technology.5) Introduce the main application of current systerm.
