Abstract


The electronic payment platform system of "Tax, Bank and Treasury " is based on the net of taxation office, bank and treasury computer system, is used to implement the electronic process of taxation collecting, provide the convenience to tax payers, improve the efficiency, reduce the process and strengthen the taxation monitoring, provides the safe and efficient operating platform of taxation revenue transferring. Through providing taxation declaration service over the internet, telephone, bank branches and taxation office windows, the function of online transferring and checking over the bank net or taxation offices is realized, a set of service system which is tax payers oriented and multi-mode is built.The biggest advantage of the electronic payment platform system of "Tax, Bank and Treasury" is reducing the process and taches, make sure of tax revenue can be transferred to treasury sufficiently and on time. At the same time, rigorous secrecy mechanism for tax payers’ account information is used to ensure the safety by taxation office and bank, it gives convenience for the tax payers and also reduce the pressure of service hall during the collecting season. Therefore, it improves tax collecting efficiency and stops the economic loss produced by time and location, it is very important for our economy and society benefit.It is discussed in this essay that the technologies, structure design, software safety, management platform of the electronic payment platform system of "Tax, Bank and Treasury". The research of system is very practical. It is proved that the system runs very stably and reliable, it can meet the need of taxation declaration and collecting.
