Abstract


In order to maintain the company’s competitive advantage in the market, enterprises must speed up the response to environmental change speed and response to customer demand with low cost and rapid speed. Lean production and agile manufacturing is a new source of profits which can realize the integration of low cost and rapid response.In recent years, many printing companies without flexible transformation mechanism is facing difficulties for the Internet and other new media impact and the strengthen restructuring of newspaper by government. Under the guidance of lean agile management ideas, Chutian Printing Corporation has introducted ERP management system successful with the introduction of a large number of new equipment and technology and transformed the internal organizational structure. They also introducted the ISO9000 quality certification system for the implementation of total quality management, and implemented various cost control, reduced waste, and constantly expanded the market. In the past two years, under the deterioration of market conditions, they can still improve the quality and innovative products to expand market share and establish a better reputation.In this thesis, under the guidance of lean agile management theory, we summary the successful experience on implement of lean agile management of Corporation Chutian in recent years. ERP management system requires the successful implementation of advanced management concepts, while the successful introduction of ERP management system has become the carrier of lean agile management concepts. Based on the ERP management system, building lean supply chain, and establish strategic partnership with suppliers become the necessary conditions for the implementation of lean agile management. The technical equipment quality and speed become one of the decising conditions and is the important technical prerequisite to the implement lean agile management. Total quality management and cost control is an important part for the implementation of lean agile management, which is a long-term work to protect the competitiveness of enterprises.
