Abstract


Along with the industrialization progress, China is now facing series of problems like natural resources shortage and high consumption, insufficient energy resources and severe environmental pollution, which are becoming the serious obstacles to its sustainable economic development. As a heavy chemical industrial province, structural pollution problem currently is quite outstanding in Liaoning and a number of existing environmental issues need to be tackled. Bottleneck effects caused by environmental pollution are becoming the constraints of local economic development. Although with the ever-increasing development of technology and the rising-up of public environmental awareness, we still have not yet radically resolved the existing environmental problems and have not yet developed and formed a practical method and approach to bring about tangible changes to industrial enterprises to solve their existing problems as high resources consumption, energy waste and environmental pollution, etc.Based on theory principle and comprehensive surveys and with Hongmei Gourmet Powder Co. Ltd as an example, this paper systematically presents the implementation of cleaner production, analyzes its benefits to the economy, environment and society and the successful experience of persistently implementing cleaner production in traditional industrial sectors. Meanwhile, on the basis of analyzing the internal and external problems existing in the implementation of cleaner production of Hongmei Gourmet Powder Co. Ltd, this paper further on put forward corresponding countermeasures on the spread of cleaner production respectively from enterprise, government and commercial bank points of view.
