Abstract


The papers from the theory and practice of modern the coal enterprise security management , constitute a system of coal enterprise security management system , and analyzes the characteristics of the safety management system ; study the interaction between the coal enterprise safety management of coal enterprises human resources relationship , the actual situation of coal enterprises to develop a specification unsafe behavior incentive system and training system ; safety management organization and the rules and regulations of the relationship , combined with management thinking , a certain improvement of the organizational structure of the coal enterprises the new organizational structure to enhance the safety management of coal enterprises sector efforts , consistent with the actual production of coal enterprises of production safety responsibility system and safety inspection system ; relationship between safety culture and safety management , safety culture proposed coal enterprises building system ; develop evaluation index system of the the coal enterprise security management system , and the use of the safety evaluation of the Bureau of Shanghai Metallurgical coal mine safety management status in the booming , its evaluation results are consistent with the real situation of the Xinglong Coal Mine , this evaluation system further do a good job in the the coal enterprise security management has certain guiding significance .
