Abstract


Private lending is a worldwide problem. It has a positive side, also has a negativeside. Since reform and opening up in our country, although the government’s attitudeto private lending had swing, the private lending has been active in the financialsector. From the present point of view, the private lending has some risk, but alsohas a booming economy ’s driving force.In this paper, we use the existing economic theory and analysis of classic literatureat home and abroad over the years to explore the issue of China ’s private lendingnorms development countermeasures.Then we described the present stage privatelending analysis may have the problems and the causes. Next, a review of theapproach of the United States, Japan, Taiwan, China priva te lending, sum up theirexperience. Finally, according to China’s national conditions, the development ofnorms in line with China’s reality actual private lending program.
