Abstract


The corporate culture is formed by an enterprise in the development process as the core spirit of enterprise and management philosophy , cohesion, encourage enterprises to managers at all levels and their sense of belonging , enthusiasm, creative people management theory is the soul and spirit pillar . To strengthen the building of enterprise culture , specific actions to implement the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress . Seventeenth Party Congress report pointed out : the present era, culture has increasingly become an important source of national cohesion and creativity , has increasingly become an important factor in the competition in comprehensive national strength , rich spiritual and cultural life has increasingly become the ardent desire of the people of our country . Thoroughly implement the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress , and vigorously promote the construction of socialist advanced culture , and for enterprises, an important aspect is to earnestly strengthen the building of enterprise culture . Enterprise to improve staff quality , improve the management level , and enhance the cohesion and competitiveness , to achieve sound and rapid development of an extremely important work .
