### Abstract

 With the continuous development of control technology and its use in industrial processes in-depth application, the actual industrial processes controlled object more complex, such as delay, nonlinear, uncertainties and other characteristics of large inertia, for such complex system, because not establish accurate mathematical model of the object, the traditional control theory is difficult to give a good control effect, although the prediction model predictive function control is less demanding, but the control effect is still subject to certain restrictions, researchers predicted under fuzzy environment function control, to expand the scope of application of predictive functional control. This thesis is based on the previous studies, the fuzzy predictive functional control algorithm research, the main research work are summarized as follows: (a) fuzzy predictive functional control algorithm analyzes the current situation and the basic theory of fuzzy predictive current control and Predictive Functional Control Research, a brief introduction to predictive functional control algorithm, fuzzy reasoning and TS fuzzy model and its identification, the thesis fuzzy predictive functional control algorithm provides a theoretical basis. (Two) one kind of self-tuning fuzzy scale factor predictive functional control algorithm 1 for the conventional fuzzy controller parameters are fixed and can not adapt to ongoing changes in the process, this paper presents a fuzzy self-adjusting scale factor prediction functional control algorithm, in the conventional fuzzy controller based on the introduction line adjustment factor δ, to achieve the output scale factor K_u line correction, and then use the scale factor to obtain self-tuning fuzzy control to control the amount of control that a predictive function control increment the control amount of the previous time controlled jointly controlled object. (2) The proposed algorithm is applied to the pure hysteresis characteristics with large main steam temperature control system with PI control inner and outer rings with a scale factor using fuzzy self-tuning predictive functional control algorithm. (Three) based on genetic algorithm function of TS fuzzy model predictive control algorithm 1 TS fuzzy model for ordinary membership functions and fuzzy rules to determine the problem with a lot of subjectivity, this paper first with subtractive clustering method determine the cluster center, and then use the genetic algorithm while the other prerequisites generalized TS model parameters and conclusions parameter identification, and global optimization, and finally with predictive functional control algorithm to control it. (2) The application of the proposed algorithm has strong nonlinear characteristics in PH and in the process, the first genetic algorithm with PH neutralization process model identification, the generalized TS model, and then use the predictive functional control the PH neutralization process control.
