Abstract


In recent years, the telecommunications industry is the topic of discussion most intense restructuring and issuance of 3G licenses , with the Chinese government 24 May 2008 restructuring plan dust settles, China's telecommunications industry has undergone profound changes in the competitive landscape , from entering the a new era - era of full-service operation . In this environment , China Mobile, Telecom, China Unicom three telecom operators in order to compete in the new situation in the win , have introduced a full-service -based competition to develop a special strategy . As the advantages of China's telecommunications industry operators, China Mobile in the current competitive dynamics, disorder and imbalance environment faces enormous challenges , in order to respond to changes in the environment , maintain the current market advantage , China Mobile Group top-down established a full-service operation strategy. Provinces moving companies how to follow this change , the implementation of the regional strategy for the corresponding provincial mobile companies are becoming a major issue .
