With the rapid development of Internet after 2000, some professional team-buying websites have arisen on the network. Because the business model is short of innovation, it does not cause strong repercussions. In the markets abroad, the most representative should be the model of Groupon in America. Its presence causes a lot of team-buying websites to imitate. Online team buying has rapidly developed in Chinese market since January, 2001.At the same time, some problems and disadvantages have emerged. The industry of online team buying is confronted with a reshuffle. Therefore, it is very actual value to research on the subject.In the face of intense competition in the market of online team buying, it is necessary to analyze and study the business model of online team buying in order to guide the market towards a more healthy direction. Based on the analysis of PEST and SWOT, this paper is going to reach the conclusion that the development of online team buying is overwhelming. Through field questionnaire survey, the countermeasures, based on the analysis of AHP, against problems exist in the online team buying are approached. In the end, it provides some suggestions for dealing with problems existing in the team buying websites, the suppliers and the consumers which are mentioned above. In the short term, it is necessary to consolidate the industry of team buying and websites. In the long term, it is also necessary to integrate the suppliers and consumers so that online team buying will develop better. The future of online team buying is bright, but the road is tortuous. We hope that they will attract more consumers and bring about more hope for the whole market during the course of constant practice.
