Abstract


The early 1930s Goss.NP found cold rolled silicon steel sheet with a {110} transformer lt ; 001 gt ; grain orientation , the magnetic properties can be increased substantially , immediately attracting attention and began extensive research . Therefore , how oriented silicon steel for more {110} lt; 001 gt ; orientation has become a hot topic . The study found that the {110} lt; 001 gt; texture is the problem of a use of the precipitated second phase particles of the secondary recrystallization . That secondary recrystallization process, and effectively inhibit normal grain growth of primary recrystallization precipitate precipitates dispersed in the silicon in the second phase inclusions , the {110} lt; 001 gt; oriented grains quickly grew up conditions . Therefore , how to improve the number of inhibitors of the dispersed and became one of the core issues , and for the production of high-grade grain-oriented silicon steel , the majority use AlN MnS inhibitor program , how to improve the number of oriented silicon steel before secondary recrystallization inhibitor became a Recent studies before secondary recrystallization nitriding treatment can effectively improve the AlN formation , the work mainly through nitriding model analysis of a variety of domestic and foreign , suitable for oriented silicon steel nitriding process of diffusion and power learning model . Decomposition from the atmosphere , adsorption , diffusion, infiltration, part of model nucleation start , supplemented with Fe-Al-Mn ternary alloy parameters , the equilibrium solution plot and classical nucleation theory , the establishment of the calculation results with the experimental coincide model. And its briefly error analysis (less than 7.5 x 10 -7g ) . Derived effective diffusion coefficient of nitrogen atoms at different temperatures , to establish the relationship between the oriented silicon steel suitable for nitriding calculate the effective diffusion coefficient with temperature and nitrogen atoms diffusion activation energy . Nitriding atmosphere certain circumstances , infiltration of the nitrogen content is increased with increasing temperature . Elevated temperatures, the nitrogen concentration gradient increases. The model can be effective on the proliferation of nucleation oriented silicon steel nitriding process AlN calculated .
