Abstract

Coal is one of our country and the world 's leading energy , coal tar chemical industry on the significance of the development of China's national economy is very significant . Also on the rise due to the rapid development of the coal tar chemical industry , the coking industrial wastewater emissions . Coking wastewater with high COD value the high phenol value , high ammonia amount , is a typical high concentration of biodegradable organic industrial waste water , the large number of emissions , will not only cause serious pollution to the environment , and will affect the normal industrial and agricultural production and human life . The coking wastewater processing has attracted extensive attention . Aquatic plants are widely present in the various water bodies , a wide range , long growing season , rapid growth and reproduction , and has a strong stain resistance , wide temperature tolerance ( growth) in the 40C-30 ℃ under all life , and less demanding on the light characteristics, it is widely used in sewage purification . In this study, the use of potassium dichromate method , the Nessler reagent colorimetric analysis of the six kinds of aquatic plants for coking wastewater COD, ammonia nitrogen removal . By comparing the six kinds of aquatic plants results show that : the removal of the six kinds of aquatic plants undiluted water samples COD and ammonia removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater , the best, followed by the dilution ratio of 3:1 and dilution ratio 2:2 dilution ratio 1:3 coking wastewater worst removal ; Potamogeton crispus highest removal of COD by only 40.3% , the highest COD removal efficiency of reeds in water samples up to 84.7% , and 44.4% higher than Potamogeton crispus highest removal of COD in water samples . Six kinds of aquatic plants in descending order of removal of COD in water samples reed gt ; the charophytes gt ; the watercress gt ; Red Polygonum gt ; the Cladophora gt ; the Potamogeton grass ; Potamogeton crispus ammonia nitrogen in water samples , the highest removal of only 7.9% the charophytes ammonia nitrogen removal in water samples up to 14.3 % , 6.4% higher than Potamogeton crispus highest removal of ammonia nitrogen in water samples , six kinds of aquatic plants on water in descending order of the kind of ammonia nitrogen removal capacity the charophytes gt ; reed the gt; watercress gt ; Cladophora gt ; red Polygonum gt ; the Potamogeton grass . Short , watercress , sticks charophytes fragile Cladophora crispus, Polygonum orientale , reeds , six aquatic plants for coking wastewater purification and repair has a very important role , but the reed to COD in water samples addition to the best charophytes highest ammonia nitrogen removal of water samples .
