In recent years , due to China's rapid economic development has brought a substantial increase of the demand for raw materials , the mineral rights transaction number and Assessment demand is also rapidly growing . Firstly from the theory , methods , our mining rights assessment system , and discuss the assessment of the status of the mining rights . From the point of view of practical application , the paper designed mining rights assessment and investment decision-making system . Comparable Sales Assessment model based on fuzzy mathematical theory based on the analysis of the problems and difficulties of various factors affecting the value of mining rights and the actual work , with a focus on systems to explore the fuzzy Comparable Sales Assessment Module design and implementation process , the use of fuzzy recognition theory , fuzzy search technology , a good solution to use the traditional comparable sales method for mining rights in select large amounts of data cases to be estimated the tenements similar cases and how empowering of comparable cases calculating mineral rights value , reduce the assessment error , improve the assessment of the accuracy and efficiency of the assessment . The Billiton mining rights assessment and investment decision-making system of valuation of the object type to expand the use of the scope , improve valuation accuracy , dynamic price forecast , and provide a strong investment decision support for policy-makers , government , enterprise information sharing has important practical significance.
